Tree roots can be very deep and widespread and digging them up is often not an option. When we assess a stump we use underground detection equipment to prevent damage to cables, sewers and pipes. 

Stumps will usually be ground down to below ground level to remove the root ball. The resulting mulch is then used to fill the hole left by the stump and will eventually rot down to nourish your soil allowing you to re-use the space for planting or other uses such as paving. 

We take a pride in carrying out our service with minimum disruption and we recycle or dispose of any materials generated during the removal in the most environmentally-friendly manner possible.
